New Credit Check of Fines initiative

From 13 February 2012, if you have overdue fines or reparation this information may be included as part of a credit check about you. This may result in you being declined credit and stop you from getting the things you want. To avoid this happening, pay your fines now.

Claim to Seized Property

Used when you wish to reclaim your property which has been seized by the Courts to pay someone else's fine.  Unless you have received a formal warning that your vehicle could be seized then use the form "Application to challenge Vehicle Seizure" below.

Application to Cancel Warning

Used when you have been formally warned that your vehicle could be seized for someone else's unpaid fines and there is a good reason why the warning should not apply to your vehicle.

Application to challenge Vehicle Seizure

Used when you have been given a formal warning that your vehicle could be seized to pay someone else's unpaid fines and your vehicle has now been seized and you believe there are good reasons why you should get the vehicle back.
