Search Tribunal decisions

All decisions of the Copyright Tribunal will be published in full unless the Chairperson decides otherwise. Depending on the circumstances of each case, a decision may be depersonalised before publishing ie, names and other information that would identify a party are removed.

The Tribunal is now engaged in the project of uploading its own decisions into a searchable database. Pending the implementation of that database, decisions on licensing scheme disputes will continue to be published in the NZLII database, and decisions on file sharing infringements will be listed below.

What is NZLII?

The New Zealand Legal Information Institute (NZLII) is a joint project of the University of Otago Faculty of Law, University of Canterbury and the Australasian Legal Information Institute (AustLII) with the assistance of the Law School, Victoria University of Wellington.
