How to apply to the International Education Appeal Authority.
If you have concerns about the way you've been treated by your education provider or by an agent of the provider, the first step is to talk to someone at your place of study.
You can approach the principal, the international student director, or another person who is responsible for dealing with complaints.
If your concerns are not resolved by your provider's internal complaint process, you can make a complaint to the International Education Appeal Authority.
Complaint form
To apply to the Authority, you need to fill out a complaint form. The form asks you to explain why you believe the institute, school or agent has breached its obligations to you under the Code of Practice.
