How to request a review of a standards committee decision
To request a review by the Legal Complaints Review Officer you must first have laid a complaint with a standards committee and received a decision.
Follow these steps to request a review of that decision.
- Complete an application for review form. The application must be lodged with us within 30 working days of the standards committee’s decision. Your application must be accompanied by the $30.67 fee and a copy of the standards committee decision.
